Virtual Personal Assistant

Hello,
I'm looking to hire a self starter, motivated assistant to help me with my new start up. My website is miraclemakermom.com, feel free to check it out. I'm a single mom with 8 kids and I'm building a brand where I want to help other moms learn all the skills that I never had when I started out with my kids.
This is a list of some of the things I'll need from my assistant:

Social Media Management - I need someone who knows the basics of how Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest work. I need you not only to manage them but to grow them as well. There are hundreds of videos on YouTube that teach all the skills needed to grow these platforms and I need you know/learn how and do it. This includes liking and commenting on other posts and friend requesting, etc. I also will need you to create quotes on photos to post to these social media platforms. I use picmonkey.com, I pay them a yearly fee, I can show you how to do it and you can use my account. IT's very easy.

Blog content research - I need to make videos once or twice a week and I need you to research my topic. This will include looking online, on Pinterest, in books, etc. For example, I just finished a course about how to get your kids to sleep. So I needed to research all the tips I could find about getting kids to bed. I used Pinterest a lot and other online resources.

Podcast management - When I make a video I will need you to take the audio and upload it to Podcast.

Video management - When I've finished a video, I'll need you to upload it to YouTube, following a bunch of instructions from different YouTube videos I've seen, to get it ranked high up in the search engines, including keyword research, writing a nice paragraph about the video. It also needs subtitles added. I'll also need the same video (with the subtitles) uploaded to Vimeo and have it posted on my Facebook page.

Affiliate Marketing - I would need you to seek out other Mom bloggers or the like who's product we could market and get a % from the sales. As well as find Affiliate Marketers who would do the same for us.

I need someone very excited to start this company with me and self motivated. A lot of this work will be work that you do on your own every day without my specific instruction. It's mostly fun work (social media is always fun). After, God willing, we see success and revenue I would be happy to raise the monthly salary.
