Right now, I am looking for a few creative and talented video editors who can deliver high-quality TikTok-style videos consistently. These videos must be engaging, fast-paced, and aligned with the latest TikTok trends. The ideal candidate understands how to use viral sounds, captions, and transitions to create videos that capture attention and drive engagement.

As a video editor on our team, your primary responsibility will be to edit videos daily in the TikTok format and style. The goal is to create content that not only looks great but also performs well on the platform. You should be able to edit at least one video per day and be willing to improve based on feedback.

For every video you complete, you will be paid $3. Additionally, we have a bonus system in place to reward high-performing editors. If a video you edit reaches one million views through ads, you will receive a €20 bonus. If the video reaches ten million views, you will receive an additional €50, making it a total of €70 in bonuses for that video.

Beyond performance-based bonuses, we also offer an “Editor of the Month” award. This is given to the editor who delivers the highest quality videos, maintains consistency, and contributes significantly to the growth of the brand. The winner of this award will receive a €300 bonus. However, this is not a guaranteed monthly bonus—it is only awarded when an editor truly stands out.
