Are you a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant WITH real estate experience? We’re seeking a professional with 2 years of U.S real estate experience to join our team. This position is integral to managing our listings and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a knack for using systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and update property listings
- Provide top-level support, including scheduling,
- Manage and organize digital files and records.
- Handle client inquiries professionally, providing updates and ensuring high levels of service.
- Assist with real estate projects, marketing efforts, and team initiatives.
Requirements:
- Real Estate Experience: 2-3 years of administrative support experience within the U.S. real estate industry.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Suite, Slack, Compass CRM (not required but preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
