JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

I am looking for someone who is excellent and efficient creating multiple WordPress sites, and possibly other types of sites, with a high quality corporate look, excellent graphics, videos, and understands the integration of normal marketing and SEO components, including social platforms and signals, email marketing and more. But the web development itself is key.

I want to start with a humble person who is very talented, is a good problem solver and possibly can help me build a team later, as responsibilities grow. But at first there should be a period where we see how things go. I want to have created 5-25 sites per week depending on whether they are 10 page sites, or mini-sites, or whatever, as the need arises, in very specific niches and diverse business models.

I want someone who is cheerful of spirit and has a can-do attitude to get things done, who has a good work ethic and integrity, and who will have an atmosphere of joy and positivity. After some early successes, I will be hiring more, and eventually looking to grow the team. Perhaps if I choose you, you will have other friends and family whom you trust to be good assets for our virtual team. In the bigger picture, I will need people to make graphics, to search products for Shopify and Amazon, to create and edit videos, and of course build sites. I want a strategic thinker who can understand where I am trying to take this business. Right now I will be paying $70/week, with an opportunity to increase as we gain more footing and income starts coming in more steadily.

Please send me any work you can point to that you'd like me to review when considering you, and share your thoughts on what I have said. I believe that this will be a tremendous opportunity with long term growth for the right individual, who could conceivably end up leading a team. I expect humble beginnings, but with good productivity, we can build on early successes, perhaps quite quickly.

Best Regards,

Tasha L. Kidd
