What You’ll Be Doing

Create, launch, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns focused on driving app installs at the lowest cost.
Develop and test ad creatives (videos, hooks, formats) to maximize performance.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability (ROAS & CPA targets).
Use data-driven insights to adjust targeting, ad copy, and creatives.
Analyze performance metrics inside TikTok Ads Manager and adjust strategies accordingly.
A/B test different ad formats, audience segments, and call-to-action (CTA) strategies.
Stay updated on TikTok trends and implement viral strategies to enhance ad engagement.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running high-spending TikTok Ads for mobile apps.
Deep knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, campaign structures, and best practices.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
Experience with video ad creatives – knowing what works and why.
Ability to research and spot viral trends for ad inspiration.
Fast, results-driven mindset – we move fast and scale aggressively.
Bonus: Experience with other ad platforms like Facebook Ads, Google UAC, or Snapchat.
