We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to take ownership of brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling. This role is about leading marketing strategy, building systems that drive sales, and optimizing every part of the funnel to maximize ROI. If you know how to build and grow online brands, develop high-converting paid ad campaigns, optimize funnels, and scale brands to 7-8 figures, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
As our CMO, your focus will be on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth across multiple ecommerce brands.

Marketing & Growth Strategy
* Develop & execute full-funnel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
* Build, test, and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ad automation tools, etc.) to create high-performing ads, streamline processes, and improve campaign efficiency.
* Develop content marketing strategies for organic growth via SEO, email, social media, and influencers.
* Run A/B tests on creative, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
* Plan and execute product launches to maximize revenue and brand awareness.

Funnel Optimization & Revenue Growth
* Optimize ecommerce funnels – from ads to landing pages, upsells, and email flows.
* Work with the tech team to ensure sites are optimized for conversions, AOV, and LTV.
* Oversee and improve Shopify stores – manage CRO, UX, and backend optimizations.
* Analyze customer behavior and tweak marketing angles based on data and trends.

Paid Advertising & Media Buying
* Own and scale paid traffic campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
* Develop data-driven ad creative – lead teams on copy, design, and video production for high-ROI ads.
* Manage ad budgets and ROAS goals, ensuring efficient ad spend and profitable campaigns.
* Hire and manage media buyers, creative teams, and agencies to maximize performance.


Email
, SMS & Retention Marketing
* Develop and optimize Klaviyo email marketing flows – abandoned cart, upsells, win-back campaigns, etc.
* Build high-converting SMS marketing flows for increased LTV.
* Leverage AI for email copy and segmentation strategies.
* Use data to increase repeat purchases and reduce churn.

Data & Performance Analysis
* Track key ecommerce KPIs – ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, AOV, etc.
* Monitor and analyze ad performance to make data-driven decisions.
* Constantly refine and scale winning ad creatives and marketing channels.

Must-Have Experience:
3+ years in ecommerce marketing (DTC brands preferred).
Deep understanding of internet marketing, including email, paid ads, and funnels.
Proven ability to scale brands to 7-8 figures using performance marketing.
Experience running Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads at scale.
Strong ability to research markets, identify trends, and optimize ad creative.
Knowledge of AI tools to streamline content creation, customer support, and ad performance.
A data-driven approach – comfortable interpreting analytics and making informed decisions.
Experience managing agencies, media buyers, and creative teams.
Ability to own and drive projects forward without micromanagement.
