About Us
Brite Decking is a leading composite decking company based in Sydney, Australia. After seven years of
outsourcing our digital campaigns, we are now bringing campaign management in-house under the
leadership of a Digital Marketing Manager.
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Growth & PPC Specialist to take full ownership of our PPC
campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads –
providing SEO oversight as a secondary focus.
If you have 2–3 years of experience in PPC campaign management, digital analytics, CRM
integration (preferably Zoho One/Zoho CRM), and are looking for a flexible, remote role where you
can make a measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Primary Focus – PPC Campaign Management
? Analyse historical campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
? Develop, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads,
Ads, and Pinterest Adsto drive high-quality leads and maximise ROI.
? Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns, improving ad performance through bid
management, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
? Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics,
Zoho CRM data, and call tracking tools to ensure accurate lead attribution.
? Implement retargeting and conversion strategies to boost engagement and improve lead
quality.
? Provide regular performance reports and insights, identifying trends and areas for growth.
Increase lead generation (both quantity and quality) – KPIs will be agreed upon based on
past performance.
Secondary Focus – SEO & Website Performance (Post-PPC Optimisation)
? Ensure on-page SEO best practices (keyword strategy, backlinking, and technical SEO).
? Monitor organic search performance, providing recommendations to improve rankings and
domain authority.
? Optimise website content and landing pages for better search visibility and conversions.
? Improve Local SEO to enhance regional search rankings and lead generation.
CRM & Digital Analytics Integration
? Ensure PPC and SEO campaigns are properly tracked within Zoho CRM for accurate lead
attribution and reporting.
? Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign
effectiveness
? Assist in
targeting and engagement.

What We’re Looking For
? 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads,
Pinterest Ads) with proven results.
? Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance
tracking.
? SEO knowledge (on-page optimisation, keyword research, backlinking) to effectively collaborate
with agencies.
? Exposure to Zoho One/Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
? A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
