Customer Support VA for Dropshipping branded Store

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. Customer support is the backbone of our business, and we need someone who truly understands the importance of delivering top-tier service. Every email must be handled with precision, the right tone, and a personal touch. If you are customer-focused, proactive, and can work efficiently, this role is for you!

What We Are Looking For:

Someone with proven experience in customer service (minimum 1 year).

Experience with Zendesk or Trengo software

A detail-oriented individual who values quality over speed but can still handle around 20 emails per hour.

Someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and understands the importance of clear and professional communication.

A proactive worker who takes initiative and can work independently.

A strong communicator who can coordinate with the store manager (me), logistics team, and sourcing agent for aftersales support (damaged, missing, or incorrect items).

Experience in handling returns and disputes (including PayPal disputes).

Someone fluent in English

Fluent in Spanish is a big plus

Comfortable using Google Sheets for tracking orders and support cases.

Someone with experience using DeepL and ChatGPT for translations and assistance.

Experience with Shopify and dropshipping (must-have!).

Responsibilities:

Monitor shipping times and proactively send updates to customers in case of delays.

Handle customer inquiries via email with a fast response time and a personal touch.

Manage returns and communicate with the sourcing agent and warehouse when needed.

Work in a structured manner and keep records updated using Google Sheets.

Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction rates.

Be available part-time initially, with potential to move to full-time.

Work according to European time zone (09:00-17:00) and be available for weekend hours.

Have a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment (ability to do calls if necessary).
