Job Title: Sales Closer / Lead Generation Specialist (Proven Closers Only)
Job Type: Contract / Freelance / Part-Time
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission-Based / Fixed
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calls, and warm outreach.
Schedule and conduct sales calls with business owners and decision-makers.
Present our services/products effectively and handle objections confidently.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and sales calls, with a history of closing deals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads at different stages.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
High level of professionalism and confidence when engaging with business owners.
Ability to adapt sales strategies based on client needs and responses.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales.
Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based industries.
Strong LinkedIn or social media outreach skills.
