About Us
Your client is a parenting coaching business dedicated to empowering parents of children ages 4-14 looking for a funnel builder.

What You’ll Do

EMAILS:
Migrate email list (~500 contacts) from ActiveCampaign to ClickFunnels 2.0, ensuring the same tagging and segmentation of contacts.
Set up Email Sequence Automations for funnels. Less than 10 e-mail sequences with all copywriting provided.

AUTOMATIONS: Integrate ClickFunnels 2.0 with the Graphy community with ---------- automations. About 12 automation.

SMS: Set up SMS messaging in ClickFunnels 2.0 with 2 reminder sequences. All copywriting provided.

AFFILIATES: Set up the affiliate system functionality in ClickFunnels 2.0.

WORDPRESS TO CLICKFUNNELS: Move one existing funnel from WordPress to Clickfunnels 2.0
Mimic the design on the WordPress pages in ClickFunnels for 2 pages: Sales Page & Thank You Page (You must know CSS & HTML)
Automation upon purchase: Add to email list in Clickfunnels 2.0, add email tag & send Order Confirmation/Account Details Email
Tech: Checkout function, 1 ---------- automation to add to Graphy community & test funnel

Troubleshoot a Zoom tech issue so presentations run without a hitch.

When the project is done, create a screen share video explaining so the team understands what was set up & how the tech works for future troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot & Support: Stay available to troubleshoot any setup issues for 30 days after work is done.

Compensation & Terms
$5-6 USD per hour project: Includes all deliverables and 30 days of troubleshooting support. Paid in increments weekly as deliverables are met. There’s a paid test before beginning the project.

Flexible hours: Work on your schedule, as long as deadlines are met. There are deadlines for activities within the project.

Meetings: There is a one-hour weekly all-staff meeting on Tuesday at 8:15 am and a 15-20 minute daily status meeting at 1 pm Philippine time. There may be other meetings as needed to connect with the team.

Timing: The project runs from March 6 to April 5, and troubleshooting support will continue until May 5.
