My name is Dr. Tui Lauilefue, and I run a thriving private practice in Washington State, USA where my team feels like family. I'm looking for a talented VA who can help me expand my mission of providing compassionate and effective weight loss support to my patients.

Hours & Location

- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- Working hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- 100% remote position

Responsibilities include:

- Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and creating engaging content
- Designing monthly newsletters and email campaigns
- Assisting with CRM management and lead generation
- Building and managing sales and marketing funnels
- Organizing email inboxes and ensuring prompt responses
- Managing my calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Researching and coordinating potential collaborations or partnerships
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Taking initiative in new projects and finding creative solutions

Technical Requirements:

- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Computer with webcam and microphone for Zoo ---------- etings
- Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Proficiency with Canva for graphic design and content creation
- Proficiency with ChatGPT
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is a plus
- Familiarity with basic design and content creation tools
- Available for weekly tea ---------- etings via Zoom

Healthcare Context:

- No prior medical experience required
- HIPAA training will be provided
- Must be comfortable learning basic medical terminology

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting rate of $8/hour with performance-based raises after 3-month probationary period
