Experienced Unity 3D & Web3 Game Developer Needed (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are looking for highly skilled Unity 3D Developers and Web3 P2E Game Developers to join our team! If you have experience developing high-quality Unity 3D games and crypto-based Play-to-Earn (P2E) games in 2D and 3D, we’d love to work with you.

Our projects involve building, optimizing, and deploying interactive games for multiple platforms, including PC, mobile, VR, and blockchain-based environments.

Responsibilities:

Develop 3D Unity games and applications for PC, mobile, and VR.
Create Web3-based Play-to-Earn (P2E) games with blockchain integration.
Implement game mechanics, physics, animations, and UI/UX elements.
Optimize game performance and multiplayer networking.
Work with NFTs, smart contracts, and blockchain technologies.
Debug and troubleshoot bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and blockchain developers.

Requirements:
? Unity 3D Development:

Strong experience with Unity Engine (C#) for game development.
Familiarity with Unity physics, AI, animations, shaders, and optimization.
Experience with multiplayer game development (Photon, Mirror, FishNet, etc.).
? Web3 P2E Game Development:

Experience with Solidity, smart contracts, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc.
Knowledge of NFTs, crypto wallets (MetaMask), and tokenomics.
Ability to integrate blockchain technology into gaming environments.
? General Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Agile workflows, and teamwork tools.
Excellent English communication skills.
