Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and support our operations, with a focus on HR functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working in a US-based company, and have a strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

This position will require you to work during US business hours and will be part-time, offering flexibility while ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations and implement efficient operational processes.

· Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

· Ensure compliance with US labor laws and HR best practices.

· Develop and implement policies to streamline operations.

· Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

· Support management with special projects and operational improvements.

· Act as a liaison between the US-based team and our remote employees.

Qualifications:

· At least 3 years of experience working with a US-based company.

· Broad knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

· Ability to work during US business hours.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Proficient in using HR and operations management software (e.g Gusto,Harvest, WhenIWork.).

· Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with remote team management.

· Knowledge of US labor laws and compliance requirements.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
