Commercial Cleaning Lead Generation

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. You will make 400+ outbound calls per day to decision-makers in businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities and securing interest in our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
? High-Volume Cold Calling: Make 400+ outbound B2B calls per day to potential clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
? Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Identify key decision-makers and qualify prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
? CRM Management (HubSpot): Accurately log all interactions, update lead statuses, and track progress within our CRM system.
? Daily Reporting: Provide daily call records and updates to management on lead progress and pipeline development.
? Liaising with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for closing.
? Performance-Based Bonuses: Earn uncapped commission based on successful lead conversions.
