We sell a customizable product that let's customers handwrite a letter and then we print it on a product. The letter template looks like a standard ruled notebook page (white paper background with lines). After ordering, we email customers the PDF template for them to print out, write their letter, scan and email back to us. We need a PDF expert that can vectorize the file we receive from them and edit + convert it into a print ready file following our provided suppliers template &. recommended print settings. Also not all of our customers have access to a printer so we allow them to type out the letter and you would use a digital font that looks like handwriting to create their final print file. We need someone with attention to detail and flexibility since customers may not always send the highest quality images but we want the print file to be perfect for them. Our current editor takes about 30 minutes to do this per order with 1 file just for reference, but sometimes there are 2 files per order. To be considered, please explain in detail how you would make sure the print file is the highest quality for printing.
