Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Wholesale Brand & Distribution Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in opening wholesale brand and distribution accounts for Walmart and Amazon sellers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing brand approvals, managing wholesale accounts, and conducting product research for Walmart selling (Amazon product research is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:
Research and open wholesale brand and distribution accounts for Walmart and Amazon sellers.
Provide proof of past account approvals and an example wholesale brands spreadsheet showcasing results.
Conduct product research to identify profitable items for Walmart (Amazon research experience is a plus).
Communicate with suppliers and brands to secure authorized seller approvals.
Organize and manage account applications, correspondence, and necessary documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Walmart and Amazon selling policies related to wholesale sourcing.
Stay updated on policy changes and best practices for selling on Walmart and Amazon.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in opening wholesale accounts for Walmart and Amazon sellers.
Must be an authorized wholesale distributor with direct supplier relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for securing brand and supplier approvals.
Ability to present an example wholesale brands spreadsheet demonstrating past success.
Experience in Walmart product research (Amazon product research is a plus).
Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and research software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
