Your Role:
As a Remote Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by connecting with customers, generating sales, and fostering brand loyalty. You’ll be the voice of our company, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets by engaging with leads, understanding their needs, and closing deals with confidence.
• Build Customer Relationships: Proactively reach out to past customers to ensure their satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage referrals and reviews.
• Generate Opportunities: Contact potential customers, schedule appointments, and guide them through the initial stages of their remodeling journey.
• Amplify Our Brand: Collect testimonials, reviews, and video/photo content from satisfied customers to showcase the impact of our work.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services that align with customer needs.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective sales plans that produce results and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor your sales performance, analyze key metrics, and share insights to continuously improve outcomes.
• Leverage CRM Tools: Use CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Foster Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, celebrate successes, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences to remain a trusted advisor.


What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years in sales, preferably in a B2C or home improvement setting.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport and influencing decisions.
• Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfort using CRM tools and other sales software to streamline processes and track progress.
• Positive Attitude: A friendly, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach to work.
