We are Scape Launch, a fast-growing startup marketing agency specializing in helping outdoor living companies scale their businesses. We currently serve 15 active clients and are on track to double to 30+ by Q3 of 2025—which is why we’re looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to take charge of our client fulfillment & onboarding.

We’re looking for ONE person to join our team full-time and grow with us. We are NOT interested in:
- Agencies
- Freelancers juggling multiple clients
- Anyone unwilling to go ALL IN on this role

Key Responsibilities:
- Facebook Ads Management – Assist in launching and optimizing client ad campaigns.
- Client Onboarding – Ensure new clients are fully set up in our backend systems.
- Ad Creation – Use provided tools to create simple yet effective ad creatives.
- Data Reporting – Track campaign performance and flag underperforming accounts.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hunger to Learn – Strong willingness to be trained & acquire new skills.
- Tech-Savviness – Ability to learn new tools & software quickly.
- Excellent Communication – Strong written & verbal English skills.
- Problem-Solver – Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues independently.
