Job Description:

A leading architecture/engineering/design firm is looking for an experienced drafter to create and develop complete building plans. The role involves working with AutoCAD and SketchUp, producing detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and collaborating with professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce full architectural and construction plans, including architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and finishing plans.
Create 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate designs.
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and technical detailing.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
Conduct quality control on drawings to prevent design errors.
Mandatory Requirements:

? 3+ years of experience as a drafter in the construction industry.
? Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp – required.
? Proven experience in developing full set construction drawings – required.
? Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
? High-level English proficiency – required (for professional communication).
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience with rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape).
? Knowledge of BIM / Revit – strong advantage.
? Experience in quantity estimation and international building codes.
