Gohighlevel VA – Join the Ignite Systems Team!

Hey there! We're looking for an experienced Gohighlevel Virtual Assistant to help with our client onboarding process at Ignite Systems. If you're proficient in Gohighlevel (and preferably Zapier but not required) we’d love to have you on board.

What We're Looking For:

- Hands-on experience with Gohighlevel, including client account setup and configuration.
- (Preferred but not required) Solid skills in Zapier for connecting and configuring clients’ existing CRMs is
- Experience setting up and managing booking calendars, automations, and business phone numbers.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure every client’s onboarding process is smooth and efficient.
- Proficiency in managing account settings and troubleshooting any setup issues.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Client Onboarding: Set up new client accounts and ensure all systems are connected properly.
- CRM Integration: Connect clients’ existing CRMs using Zapier, and configure Zaps for seamless data flow.
- Booking Calendars: Create and configure client booking calendars to match their scheduling needs.
- Automation Setup: Set up client automations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Funnel Building: Build and optimize sales funnels tailored to each client's business objectives.
- Business Phone Setup: Apply for business phone numbers on behalf of clients and ensure proper configuration.
- Account Configuration: Configure client account settings to ensure optimal performance and a smooth user experience.
