Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Video Editing: Use my footage and photos to create engaging videos for social media and ads.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook).
Sales on Social Media: Drive engagement, generate leads, and follow up with potential clients through likes, comments, and direct messages.
Ad Marketing: Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram ads.
Graphic Design (Required): Must be proficient in Canva for creating marketing materials and social media content.
Research: Analyze how other real estate photographers market themselves, use ads, and engage with their audience. Provide suggestions in your video application.
Cold Calling (Bonus): Experience with outreach and direct sales is a plus.
Photography Knowledge (Bonus): Experience working with photographers or in real estate marketing is beneficial.
