Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (Work from home)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call potential sellers, gauge their interest in selling their property, and set appointments for our acquisition team or our client. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using a provided script or your own (Will develop over time)

Qualify leads by gathering essential property details

Overcome objections and build rapport with potential sellers

Accurately input and update lead information in our CRM

Follow up with leads as necessary to maintain engagement

Work within specific call quotas and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent English Communication – Strong spoken and written
english with a neutral or minimal accent

Cold Calling & Sales Experience – Previous experience in real estate, telemarketing, or sales is preferred

Objection Handling – Ability to think quickly and handle rejections professionally

CRM & Data Entry Skills – Experience with tools like Podio, REsimpli, Mojo Dialer, or similar systems

Time Management & Discipline – Must be able to work independently and follow schedules

Work Environment- Must have a quiet work environment.

Positive & Resilient Attitude – Ability to stay motivated despite frequent rejections



Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Prior experience in real estate wholesaling or real estate lead generation

Familiarity with scripts for motivated and non-motivated sellers


Job Details:

Work Hours: Night Shift (Philippine Time)

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
