I am seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our wholesale real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential leads and buyers through cold calling to generate interest in wholesale real estate opportunities. As a Cold Caller, you will play a key role in identifying and nurturing relationships with property owners, investors, and other potential buyers. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential sellers and buyers via phone to generate leads and set appointments for further follow-up.
Lead Generation: Identify motivated sellers, distressed property owners, and other potential leads who may be interested in selling their property or investing in wholesale deals.
Qualify Leads: Ask the right questions to qualify leads, ensuring they fit the criteria for wholesale real estate transactions.
Build Rapport: Establish trust and rapport with prospects to maintain an ongoing relationship and guide them through the sales process.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for follow-up calls, property evaluations, or meetings with senior team members or buyers.
Script Adherence: Follow cold calling scripts while maintaining flexibility to handle objections and tailor the conversation as needed.
Database Management: Accurately input and track call information in CRM systems to maintain an up-to-date database of leads and buyers.
Follow-Up: Follow up on initial calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
Reporting: Report daily or weekly progress on lead generation, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to management.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with real estate market trends and wholesale strategies to better communicate with leads and buyers.
