Photo Editor Wanted – Full-Time Editing for Weddings, Family Sessions & Newborn Photography

Start Date: April 1st, 2025

About Me:
I am Jennifer, a professional photographer based in Canada, specializing in weddings, family sessions, and newborn photography. I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented photo editor to join my team and take on my full editing workload.

Position Details:

Full editing of wedding, family, and newborn photography sessions
Developing and refining custom presets to match my editing style
Working within deadlines and communicating effectively
Culling will be handled by me, the editor will be responsible for all editing
Editor must have experience editing for photographers (not just general retouching)
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, and advanced photo editing techniques
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Must have a solid internet connection and be able to meet deadlines consistently
Experience developing and matching editing styles to a photographer’s unique vision
Must be able to provide referrals and recommendations from previous clients/employers
Willingness to undergo a paid training period to ensure a good fit for my editing style and workflow
Preferred Skills:

Experience with skin retouching and advanced photo manipulation techniques
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality across a variety of session types
