The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to help the executive focus on core business functions, sales, process improvements, and strategic projects. The role involves managing the executive's schedule, handling communications, and ensuring smooth execution of delegated tasks and responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
*Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments.
*Proactively manage and adjust the executive’s calendar to ensure alignment with priorities.
*Send reminders and prepare relevant materials for scheduled meetings.
Email
*Monitor and organize the executive’s inbox, prioritizing and flagging important messages.
*Draft, proofread, and respond to

Task Management:
*Track the progress of delegated tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
*Maintain and update task lists and provide regular progress reports to the executive.
Administrative Support:
*Organize files, documents, and data to ensure accessibility.
*Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed.
*Handle confidential information with discretion.
*Support project management efforts by organizing timelines, resources, and updates.
Skills and Qualifications
*Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
*Strong organizational and time-management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficient in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, project management tools).
*High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*A proactive and resourceful mindset, capable of anticipating the executive's needs.
