Job Summary
The REPORTING ANALYST will be responsible for compiling and analyzing key business reports, supporting commission calculations, and maintaining administrative processes related to staff and performance monitoring. This role plays a critical part in evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives by performing in-depth analysis and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to solve complex problems, and experience in presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. They will also be proficient in reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Administration
• Compile and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business performance.
• Prepare commission calculations and ensure accuracy in payouts.
• Maintain general administration of staff records related to reporting and analytics.
• Support performance monitoring by tracking key metrics and trends.
Data Analysis & Insights
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Perform critical analysis to measure the benefits of specific initiatives.
• Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making across teams.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Present findings and insights to various stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
• Collaborate with different teams to align reporting needs and business objectives.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience)
• Experience in a similar reporting, analytics, or administrative role.
• Strong background in handling data, reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Prior experience in a corporate or call center environment is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data.
• Ability to explain and present findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data analysis.

Technical/Software Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail).
• Experience with Tableau (or other data visualization tools) for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
