Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Content Manager to lead our content strategy, optimize on-page SEO, and drive organic growth. You will work closely with content writers, marketers, and technical teams to create high-quality, search-optimized content that improves rankings and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute an SEO content strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Optimize existing content for SEO, readability, and engagement.
• Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, structured data, internal linking, etc.).
• Monitor and improve site architecture for better search engine visibility.
Content Creation & Management
• Oversee the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
• Guide writers and editors in producing SEO-friendly, high-quality content.
• Ensure content follows best practices for search intent and user experience.
• Optimize metadata, headers, and internal linking structure.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to measure success.
• Provide reports and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Collaboration & Optimization
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
? Experience: 3+ years in SEO content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
? Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing.
? Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, or similar.
? Content Expertise: Ability to guide content creation for SEO without compromising quality.
? Technical SEO: Understanding of indexing, site speed, structured data, and schema markup is a plus.
? Communication: Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
