Video editing

I need a person who can do video editing for me.
The tasks will not be complax but will all be greenscreen work. I have all thre necssary backgrounds and footage.
The videos will nearly all be short - some only one minute. Others will be video podcasts so up to 6 minutes.
They will all need to have graphics text added where necessary.
I will provide full briefs for each one.
The videos will be used on my website and also in my online learning programs.
I am looking for a person who want up to 10 hours each week doing video editing.
I am in Australia - (Perth) same time zone as Phillipines.
Although I have out Part time in the type of employment - I am willing to consider freelancers also but the work would be regular.

If you have audio editing skills as well for podcasts, that would be helpful. If you do, make sure you include that in your response.

If you do not have Video editing experience please DO NOT respond. I need an experienced person.
Please also tell me what program you would use for the editing.
