[Work at home] - Email Marketer (You do not need experience as an email marketer)

We're in a rapid growth phase and we need more email marketers. Don't worry if you've never done email marketing. We have training material ready for it and we expect you to to need the training.


I will say that this job is not for everyone. We are extremely picky with who we bring on. We expect high performing A players and in return we provide excellent pay (Always on time pay) and excellent work environment. We value your opinion and want to hear what you think. You will be required to fill out a detailed Career History Form for us to properly measure your ability to perform. If you pass that we will go on a skype call for 1 hour or more to talk with you to really get to know you. Don't worry, the call is pretty relaxed. If you pass that you will be given a test task and finally we will be calling, or in some rare cases emailing your references. References are a strict requirement. If all this is good you will be hired on the spot and start work immediately.

Here's just some of the criteria that you must meet:
- Has your own computer and highspeed stable Internet connection. All your work is done on our server so you need a good and stable connection. You need to send us a screenshot of http://www.speedtest.net/
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
- Previous experience as a VA or other administrative experience. This is a must!
- You must be detail oriented and good with basic numbers!

Required Technical Skills:
- Can use Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to deliver on time.

- Email Marketing. We are NOT looking for someone with experience so if you have no experience but are a fast learner and good with number apply!
