Full-Time Asana Project Manager (Remote - Philippines)
Are you an experienced project manager with strong Asana skills who can take ownership of task assignments, workflow optimization, and project tracking? Do you have the ability to interpret emails, assign tasks to the right tea ---------- mbers, and keep projects moving forward with minimal supervision? If so, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage our Asana project management system
Assign tasks efficiently based on priority and team roles
Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
Work closely with our Head of Global Operations to maintain progress and accountability
Optimize and streamline task management
Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
Ensure tasks are structured in a way that improves workflow
Work with our Asana ambassador to refine the system (you won’t need to build automations yourself, but you should understand how they can improve efficiency)
Maintain clear communication and accountability
Be the central point of contact for task management
Keep leadership informed on project statuses and roadblocks
Who You Are:
? Experienced with Asana – you’ve used it extensively for project management and task tracking
? Proactive problem solver – you see inefficiencies and fix them without being asked
? Strong communicator – you can clearly interpret emails, assign tasks, and follow up
? Highly organized and detail-oriented – you thrive in structured environments
? Self-starter with strong initiative – you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote team

? If you are not comfortable working night shift (8 AM - 5 PM MST, U.S. Time)
? If you lack hands-on experience with Asana for project management
