We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Office Admin / Dispatcher

Industry: Construction
Position: Virtual Assistant / Office Admin / Dispatcher
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (+ optional Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:
* Dispatch jobs and manage scheduling
* Follow up on tickets and ensure timely resolutions
* Provide excellent customer support and maintain client relations
* Oversee calendar management and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:
* High-level English proficiency
* General knowledge of the construction industry
* Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude

Full-time role, hours may vary
No Saturdays required
