About the Role
Spruce Micro is seeking a Remote Patient Care & Administrative Support Representative to assist with patient inquiries, membership management, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience & Front Desk Duties:
- Respond to patient inquiries via
- Assist with membership management, including setup, adjustments, and cancellations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with membership terms and payment policies.
- Provide clear written communication regarding appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Administrative & Membership Support:
- Assist in processing orders by verifying details in the system (no physical handling or shipping of products).
- Support the coordination of virtual patient check-ins and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, ensuring seamless workflow across the team.
- Organize and manage patient data within the company’s digital platforms.
- General Operational Assistance: Ensure all administrative processes are handled efficiently to support Spruce Micro’s virtual services. Identify areas for process improvements and assist in optimizing workflows.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, customer service, or data entry.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Slack, Ecommerce platforms, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
