Real estate Cold Caller

About Us:
We are a growing real estate wholesale business in the U.S., specializing in off-market properties. We are looking for a motivated and experienced cold caller to join our team and help us connect with homeowners who may be interested in selling their properties.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential sellers from provided lead lists
Follow a proven script to qualify motivated sellers
Gather property details and update our CRM
Build rapport with homeowners and handle objections professionally
Set follow-up appointments for our acquisitions team
Meet daily and weekly call quotas

Requirements:

Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Comfortable making 300+ calls per day
Strong sales and persuasion skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience using a dialer (Mojo, CallTools, or similar) and CRM systems is a plus
