We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our growing digital marketing efforts. As a VA in digital marketing, you will play a key role in managing various aspects of online marketing, including content creation, social media management,
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Schedule and publish content on social media platforms
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage direct messages.
Create and execute social media content calendars.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights for content improvement.
Content Creation & Marketing:
Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and
Research relevant topics for content creation (based on SEO strategy and client needs).
Help design simple graphics or video snippets for social media (using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).
Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards.

SEO Assistance:
Assist in basic keyword research for content and blog posts.
Help with on-page SEO tasks, such as optimizing meta tags, headings, and keywords.
Monitor and report on SEO progress (rankings, organic traffic).
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
Help generate leads through research and social outreach (LinkedIn,
Manage CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel) by organizing client contacts, setting up automation workflows, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and customer engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report digital marketing metrics (website traffic, social media engagement,
Provide insights on the performance of campaigns and suggest areas for improvement.
Assist in A/B testing for
Client Communication & Project Management:
Communicate regularly with clients to understand their marketing needs.
Assist in the creation of marketing reports and updates for clients.
Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a digital marketing role.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media,
Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, and Trello/Asana.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Basic design skills are a plus.
