Virtual Business Manager

Job Title: Virtual Business Manager for Landscaping Company

Company: Cresco Landscaping LLC

Location: Remote (Must be available during U.S. business hours)

Compensation: Starting at $10/hr (based on experience)

About Us:

Cresco Landscaping is a growing landscaping and outdoor service company. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Business Manager to help streamline operations, organize scheduling, track finances, and keep customer management on point.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize scheduling using Jobber

* Organize and maintain customer records & job history

* Oversee invoicing, follow-ups, and payment tracking

* Work with a bookkeeper to ensure accurate P&L tracking (QuickBooks experience preferred)

* Identify inefficiencies and improve workflow processes

* Handle email communication, appointment setting, and admin tasks

* Potentially recruit additional support staff as needed

Requirements:

* Experience in managing operations for a service-based business (landscaping, HVAC, cleaning, etc.)

* Familiarity with Jobber, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or similar tools

* Strong communication & problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and make decisions that improve efficiency

* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role preferred
