Remote Taxi Dispatcher – Part-Time (Philippines-Based)

**Hours Required (USA Time):
Monday & Tuesday: 5 PM – 10 PM
Saturday: 4 AM – 11 AM
Sunday: 6 AM – 10 AM
Additional coverage as needed when a tea ---------- mber is absent or sick.

**About the Role:
Key Lime Taxi is hiring a remote dispatcher to handle incoming calls, enter trip details into our dispatch system, and assign jobs to the most suitable drivers. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

** Requirements:
At least 1 year of dispatching experience (taxi, trucking, logistics, or similar).
Fluent in English (8/10 or better) – strong verbal and written skills required.
Excellent computer and typing skills – must be comfortable with cloud-based software.
Stable internet connection with a backup – this is a remote position.
Punctuality & reliability are critical – the listed hours are non-negotiable, and additional coverage may be required.
Strong customer service skills – you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
