[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES]
Responsibility 1 – VIDEO EDITING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube)

· Editing of both short-form and long-form videos for easy upload on various social media platforms (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PRIORITY WE REQUIRE IN OUR CANDIDATES - KNOWLEDGE OF ADOBE PREMIERE PRO IS A MUST)

· Create and brainstorm content based on content calendar (some initiative is good here!). Content may include infographics, short form videos and or edited pictures

· Uploading of new listing reels/posts including coming up with a copy and creative direction

· Designing attractive thumbnails and creatives for Facebook ads

· Consistent research on what’s new and what’s working best in our field

Responsibility 2 – WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

· Upload new articles, new listings, sold listings and testimonials

· Arrange articles in an eye catching manner that generates most interest and increase SEO (to generate and derive numbers on a monthly basis)

· Update website as and when founders have new inspirations

Responsibility 3 – ARRANGING OF APPOINTMENTS and MISCELLANEOUS ADHOC:

· Arrange with cobroke agents for appointment setting

· Sending reminders to buyer agents/seller agents for viewings

· Updating of excel sheet with feedback from buyer agents for purchase deals

· Updating of excel sheet with feedback from founder’s buyers on units viewed

· Create Prospectus/Info-sheet for each listing

· Submit transactions on company’s virtual office

· Assist in search for suitable listings on PropertyGuru (removing duplicates) for clients based on criteria set out and organising the data in a structured template

· Competitive Market Analysis: Checking on available listings’ unit number/stack, constantly updating it daily (e.g. if listings have been taken down or sold to update, or price change also update) and to update the founders as and when there are changes

· Update data template from research platforms based on founder’s instructions for new project analysis (you need to be comfortable with numbers for this, but no crazy excel skills required)

· Any other miscellaneous administrative work


[QUALIFICATION]

An ideal candidate would have the following requirements:

· Proficient Video Editing Skills [Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)]. To be also able to use Capcut and Canva.

· Proficient with Youtube, Instagram, ---------- and Facebook, good if candidate has knowledge of how algorithms work

· Strong command of English

· Has a creative mind and an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously

· Strong administrative skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Solid attention to detail

· And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
