Compensation Structure (Trial Period)
100% commission-based for 30-60 days (no base salary)
$250 per closed sale during the trial period

Higher commissions after proven performance:
First 5 sales - $250 per sale
After 5 sales - $500 per sale
Long-term closers - 5-10% commission per sale

Top closers potential earnings: $5,000-$10,000+ per month
