Role Overview
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with job candidates who have completed our training programs. Your goal is to support them in securing employment, resolve queries, and track their progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Making 140+ outbound calls per day to job candidates.
- Following a structured call script to assess candidate progress.
- Updating the CRM (
- Guiding candidates on their next steps toward employment.
- Escalating issues and working with the recruitment team to resolve challenges.
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure candidates feel supported.
- Hitting targets to unlock performance-based bonuses.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English Speaker – Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Recruitment / Sales / Customer Service Experience – Preferred but not essential.
- Resilient & Target-Driven – Enjoys working toward KPIs and rewards.
- Strong Organizational Skills – Can handle high call volumes and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive Problem-Solver – Can think on your feet to resolve candidate queries.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems (
