Job Description
The Account Officer – Online Store is responsible for managing and processing online orders from the company’s website,
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Management:
Process and verify online orders from the website,
Generate and complete purchase orders based on online sales.
Address quotation concerns and ensure order accuracy.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
Customer Support & Coordination:
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order concerns.
Work with production teams to align on product requirements and schedules.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Quality Assurance & Reporting:
Ensure all online orders meet quality standards before dispatch.
Track and report purchase order status and resolve concerns.
E-Commerce & Online Store Operations:
Oversee the order fulfillment process across the website,
Organize delivery schedules and logistics for online purchases.
Manage transaction records, truck collections, and administrative tasks.
Close purchase orders and process contractor billings for payroll.
Assist with other e-commerce and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree graduate.
Experience in e-commerce or online store management is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with managing online sales platforms.

Ability to work independently and efficiently handle responsibilities.
