JOB OVERVIEW

We are a commercial real estate company in Australia looking to hire a self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our company.

The position is not your typical Executive Assistant role as part of the role is assisting the Founder/CEO with computations and basic analysis of net rent, yield, projections and loan servicing among others.

Your role/tasks will be, but not limited to:
- Managing the emails, calendar and databases of the Founder/CEO
- Transcribing of dictations from the Founder/CEO
- Gathering the information as required by the Founder/CEO, including calculations, spreadsheets, reviewing documents, etc.
- Analysis of data and information provided by clients or service partners and converting them into a spreadsheet
- Reading and checking transactional documents such as Information Memorandum, Leases, etc.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation for the Founder/CEO's events

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Must be a finance or accounting graduate
- Know how to use GSheet, GDocs, MSOffice, document editing tools and e-signature applications
- Know how to use project management and/or sales and marketing apps such as Monday, Asana, Close, GHL, etc.
- Can work under pressure and can multi-task
- Has a logical and numerical skill

The position will be reporting to the Admin/DD Team Leader.

Successful applicants will be given an assessment test to determine how fast they learn new theories and their numerical aptitude - it doesn't need to be perfect on this assessment test.
