TikTok Ads Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

? Work Schedule: 8AM - 4PM PH Time

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns to drive growth and revenue.
Work closely with the fitness coach to plan, execute, and measure the impact of TikTok advertising strategies.
Assist in creating high-converting ad creatives that capture the target audience's attention.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities.
Stay updated on TikTok Ads trends and algorithm changes to improve campaign performance.

Basic Graphic Design (Canva)
Go High Level CRM
Zapier Automations
Understanding of TikTok trends and viral marketing

???? Fluent in English – Strong communication skills are a must!
???? Experience – At least 6 months to 1 year in TikTok Ads management.
