Bookkeeper

Advertising Agency seeking Home Based Bookkeeper, for work in PST Time Zone. Join a fast growing Phillipines team. Flex Hours available. Vacation and Sick pay available after probation.

Qualifications:
-Must have at least 3 years experience, related field
-Must have excellent English communication skills
-Strong background in bookkeeping, Xero/Quickbooks Online
-Prepare Monthly Financials inc P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
-Prepare Monthly Bank, Loan, Card reconciliations
-Categorize and Adjust Transaction with Journal Entry if necessary

Requirements

Proven accounting experience with US Small Business
Experience in Service Accounting (NOT Product)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Google’s G-suite of productivity software including
Drive Docs, and Sheets

Must be able to work PST time. (9am to 5pm PST)
MUST BE RELIABLE AND WORK UNDER DEADLINE


Bonus: Experience in ERP software or Finsync.com
