Role Overview:
We are seeking a Tech & Automations Specialist to manage and optimize the backend of our online business. This role will focus on streamlining systems, automating workflows, and ensuring our digital infrastructure runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Zapier, automation tools, CRM management, integrations, and troubleshooting tech issues.

Responsibilities:
Set up and manage automations using Zapier and other tools to streamline workflows.
Integrate and optimize CRM systems (such as ActiveCampaign, Keap, or HubSpot).
Manage and troubleshoot tech issues related to email marketing, payment processors, and landing pages.
Automate onboarding processes for new clients and tea ---------- mbers.
Oversee website and funnel integrations (WordPress, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or other platforms).
Set up and monitor webinars, live events, and virtual meetings (Zoom, StreamYard, etc.).
Ensure seamless data syncing across platforms.
Implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Provide basic analytics and reporting to optimize marketing and sales performance.

Qualifications:
Expert-level experience with Zapier and automation workflows.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and integrations.
Proficiency in funnel-building platforms (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, WordPress, or similar).
Experience with email marketing software (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp).
Familiarity with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart).
Ability to troubleshoot and fix tech issues quickly.
Strong understanding of AI tools for automation.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
