We are a fast-growing beauty and wellness company with multiple brands and a digital-first approach.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with expertise in NetSuite to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and optimizing the use of NetSuite ERP to streamline processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate must be available to work during US normal working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), account reconciliations and bank reconciliations within NetSuite.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, gross margin analysis reports, spending reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
Prepare ad hoc reporting as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes in NetSuite.
Maintain compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.
Optimize NetSuite functionalities, including system configurations, workflows, and custom reports.
Assist with tax compliance, including sales tax filings, 1099 reporting, and corporate tax preparations.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and operations, to improve financial processes and reporting.
Train and support other tea ---------- mbers in using NetSuite effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized company.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (implementation experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other financial software.
In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
Experience in NetSuite integrations, custom reporting, or automation.
Industry experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus.

Pay: Php34,955.00 - Php40,783.00 per month
