Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the right fit for open roles.
Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Partner with clients to understand their hiring goals and ensure alignment with the candidate pool.
Manage candidate communications and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
Maintain up-to-date and organized candidate databases.
Build strong relationships with clients and continuously refine hiring practices to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hiring Manager, Recruiter, or similar role.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards, and online platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
A solid internet connection and professional remote workspace.
