Executive Assistant

Ascend Labs is a fast-growing Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) business, currently expanding our team by hiring a full-time executive assistant whose main role will be product sourcing. This role is for individuals seeking long-term career growth with the potential for promotion into management roles.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for shared leads—if you source products from publicly available lead lists or recycle leads from other businesses, you will be let go immediately.


Responsibilities:

Use a wide range of sourcing strategies to meet sourcing spend quotas on a weekly basis - details will be discussed
Maintain, update, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sourcing strategies
Communicate effectively with the team via ----------
Identify products that are ideal for un-gating products and submit selling applications
Efficiently track supplier sites with the best sales and niche opportunities to find profitable products - details will be discussed
Ability to consistently work 40 hours / week or more if necessary to hit spend quotas

Qualifications:

Experience with Keepa
Proficiency with RevSeller
Deep knowledge of Online Arbitrage
Familiarity with sourcing methods - manual, reverse, keepa product finder
Understanding of key metrics - ROI, Profit, Sales rank, offer count, buy box rotation...etc.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay of 23,000 php - with increases based on merit
