Lead Generation:
Research and identify motivated sellers through various channels (such as online ads, foreclosure listings, and direct mail).
Manage and maintain lead databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Property Research:
Conduct research on potential properties to assess their value, condition, and suitability for wholesale deals.
Use online tools and public records to gather data on properties and owners (e.g., MLS, Zillow, county records). Outreach and Communication:
Reach out to sellers via phone,
Communicate with buyers, including sending deals and setting up showings.
Follow up with leads and clients to ensure smooth communication. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in real estate wholesaling or virtual assistance (preferred required).
Strong research and data entry skills.
Familiarity with real estate terms, processes, and tools (e.g., Zillow, Google Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Highly organized with great attention to detail. Working Hours & Compensation:
Part-time (negotiable based on availability).
Flexible working hours (but must be able to meet deadlines).
