Paid Media Ads Specialist (FB, Google, Twitter and Snapchat)

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, with involvement in Twitter and ---------- ads. This role focuses on posting, optimizing, tracking performance, and developing strategies to improve ad effectiveness, particularly in reducing CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). The ideal candidate will have eCommerce experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. This position requires availability during UK working hours.

About the work
-Manage Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance.
-Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA and maximize return on ad spend.
-Track ad performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
-Develop and execute paid media strategies based on performance insights.
-Potentially manage Twitter and ---------- ad campaigns as needed.
-Allocate 2 hours on Saturday mornings to adjust ads for gaming industry updates.
-Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.

Boxes to check
-3+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok ads, with a track record of optimizing performance.
-Strong understanding of paid media strategy, with experience in reducing CPA.
-Experience in eCommerce advertising is highly preferred.
-Ability to analyze ad performance data and implement data-driven optimizations.
-Familiarity with Twitter and ---------- ads is a plus.
-Proactive mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions independently.
-Availability to work full-time during UK hours and allocate 2 hours on Saturdays as needed.
