We’re not just hiring a general Virtual Assistant to fill a role — we’re offering the chance to become part of something meaningful and long-term. This position is a stepping stone to working directly with a motivational speaker based in the U.S., supporting their mission to impact lives through powerful messages and speaking engagements.

As a virtual assistant on our team, you will be assigned to one of our trusted partner speakers — entrepreneurs and leaders in education, business, or personal development — and your role will be essential in helping them stay organized, get booked, and expand their reach. You will be placed with the speaker who best aligns with your skillset, communication style, and strengths.

This is a part-time to full-time position (10–45 hours per week), and we’re excited to offer paid time off (PTO) and sick leaves as part of your long-term benefits. Please do not use ChatGPT or any AI tools to create your application — we want to hear from you, in your own voice. Manual applications help us assess your English proficiency and attention to detail.

Your core responsibility will be to support a speaker through a variety of virtual assistant duties — primarily focused on helping them get booked for speaking engagements through a proven CRM process (HubSpot). Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus but not required; what matters most is your ability to follow instructions, move quickly through systems, and stay detail-oriented.

Since this position is 100% computer-based, you’ll need a stable internet connection and the ability to work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM U.S. time (PST, MST, CST, or EST). This means you will most likely be working the night shift in Philippine time. If you cannot commit to long-term night shift work, this may not be the right fit.

You’ll be sending customized email responses to decision-makers (principals, program directors, HR leaders, etc.), organizing documents, managing calendars, booking travel, and updating internal spreadsheets and platforms. We’re looking for someone who values excellence and wants to build a real skillset inside a high-performing company.

We focus more on who you are than what you know. The 4 qualities we need most:

Attention to Detail
You will be handling contracts, bookings, and sensitive communication. If this isn’t your strength, this role isn’t for you. Please begin your application with the word Immaculate so we know you’ve read carefully.

Ability to Meet Deadlines
This is a performance-based environment, and time matters. Systems are built with expected turnaround times — not unrealistic ones, but efficient ones. If you miss a deadline or make a mistake, own it, communicate it, and course-correct. That’s all we ask.

Receptiveness to Feedback
You will receive direct feedback if you fall below our expectations. We don’t expect perfection, but we do expect maturity, communication, and growth.

Desire to Learn
This isn’t a corporate machine. We are a small, fast-moving team. We invest in personal development and will recommend books, videos, or tools to help you level up — not just for work, but for life. We want people who care about being better, not just doing more.

If this sounds like you, apply below. Be sure to read the job description fully and follow all instructions. We read every application carefully — and the more thoughtful questions you ask us, the better. At the very bottom of your application, please write the word Impact on its own line to confirm you finished reading everything.

We look forward to learning about you.
